Fusion is a User Led Organisation, formed from a partnership of 3 organisations: Living Options Devon, Westbank and Devon Link Up. The Fusion User Led Board involves people with physical and/or sensory disabilities, people with learning disabilities, carers, mental health service users, Deaf people and older people.

Fusion can bring people together to work with both public sector agencies such as the NHS and Devon County Council Adult and Community Services and other charities and voluntary organisations. Fusion can help organisations who design and deliver services to talk to people who may use them.

Human Rights Training Pack
A user -friendly information and resource pack, developed in partnership with disabled people in Devon, for the purpose of raising awareness of human rights amongst disabled and Deaf people and carers. This pack can be used as a master training tool for the session host in addition to providing a'take-away' resource for delegates.

Are you Ready for Business?
The Are You Ready For Business? pack provides a reference and audit guide for smaller/fledgling ULOs. The purpose of this pack is to enable ULOs to assess current business capacity and skills, provide an example of governance and organisational structures and enable identification of strengths,weaknesses and areas for development. The pack provides a wide range of tips and examples and signposting to further information. Download the pack here.
