Devon Disability Network
The Devon Disability Network (DDN) is a new representative body supported by Living Options Devon, Devon County Council and NHS Devon. The DDN will allow people with physical and/or sensory disabilities and Deaf people (whose first language is British Sign Language) to campaign independently on issues that are important to them and be involved in developing services that they use.
The DDN will be made up of 7 elected Representatives, representing key areas around Devon (see map below), who will raise issues with the appropriate authorities on behalf of disabled and Deaf residents in Devon and feed back responses.

Please read our updates to find out more about the DDN.
If you have a physical and/or sensory disability or are Deaf and you are interested in becoming a Representative, you can download a copy of the job description / person specification here. If you wish to apply to be a Representative, you can do this online here.
If you would like to support the DDN, or would like further information on becoming a Representative, please contact Diane Silcock or Debbie Stafford using these contact details.
