DDN Campaign
Campaign 1: Pavement Obstruction/Obstacles
The DDN has recently run a campaign about pavement obstruction or obstacles in your local town centre. Our DDN cluster groups have told us that they frequently experience the pavements being blocked by parked cars, advertising boards, seating etc. This problem affects people with different disabilities and access needs.
The consultation period is now over and we are working hard to bring together all the information gathered from the questionnaires. A full report will be available shortly and feedback will go to the local cluster groups to deal with issues at a local level.
