Senior Management Team
Diana Crump (FCIPD, MA,) took up post as CEO at Living Options following a career spanning 25 years within the NHS and Social Care. Most recently she was Head of Service Development during which time she worked closely with service users and carers to improve care pathways across the health and social care system. Her professional interests are service user involvement and organisational and personal development. During her time with Living Options she is proud to have been part of the development of a growing and vibrant user-led organisation. Her aspirations for LOD is to continue to work with a range of Voluntary and Community sector partners to ensure that disabled people are even more influential in improving services across Devon
Debbie Stafford is Operations Manager. She has previously worked for a number of years in the private sector as a retail manager. After returning to university to complete studies in disability and education, Debbie started working for LOD and has been here ever since!
Diane King is the Finance Manager. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who prior to joining LOD in 2012, had over 20 years experience in commercial business up to Senior Management level.
