About Our Trainer
Our accredited trainer has over 15 years’ experience of designing and delivering bespoke training courses covering all aspects of disability related topics. Having an acquired disability herself, she can empathise with both disabled and non-disabled views. She will discuss your training needs with you and design a course which includes content relevant to your learners and linked to your service provision. To aid the learning, her training style is fun practical based exercises together with ample opportunity for delegates to ask questions, share experiences and solve issues together. No cost / low cost tips and solutions offered throughout the session meet legislative reasonable adjustment recommendations.
