Charity of the Year Partnerships
Every year Princesshay supports a local charity. This year we are fortunate enough to be this charity!
Princesshay will be running events throughout 2019 and donating the funds raised to Living Options Devon. This includes donations collected from the Wishing Well and proceeds from honey harvested from Princesshay’s very own bee hives. For more information on the bee hives click here.
Living Options Devon is using the Princesshay partnership as an opportunity to promote the services and projects that we run. We will be visiting Princesshay every week between May and December, so please come down and see us if you would like to know more about what we do. To see which dates we will be in Princesshay please visit our facebook page.
Wayne Pearce, Princesshay Centre Director said: “We’re looking forward to be working with Living Options both to raise valuable funds and to increase awareness around accessibility. Accessibility is essential for us and we strive to make the centre as accessible as possible but there is always more we can be doing and we are keen to learn from Living Options.
Historic Vehicle Gathering
Every year the Historic Vehicle Gathering chooses three main charities to raise funds for. This year Living Options Devon was chosen as one of these charities. On the 13th & 14th July we attended this fantatsic event. This opportunity allowed us to promote the services that we offer and raise vital funds. To find out more about the Historic Vehicle Gathering please click here.
We are thrilled to announce that Councillor Alan Rennles has chosen the See Hear Centre as one of his chosen charities for the year ahead. The mayor will be hosting a number of fundraising events throughout his term with proceeds benefitting the See Hear Centre and Age Concern, Barnstaple.
