Give the gift of support this Christmas

Published 10th November 2021, in Fundraising

For over thirty years we have been providing support services for disabled people, people with a local term health condition, and members of the Deaf Community (BSL users)

Much of our work is funded through local authorities, fundraising and donations. The last year and a half have been extremely challenging for everyone, with disabled and Deaf people feeling the impact of the pandemic the most. They have felt isolated and excluded.

We rely on your generosity and kindness

Our support services such as Time to Talk and Deaf Led Services help combat these feelings of isolation and exclusion. Time to Talk is a confidential listening peer support line, and our Deaf Led Services team offer counselling, employment support and practical advice in British Sign Language.

Help us continue to provide our range of vital support services by making a donation this Christmas. Just £5 will give the gift of sight helping us provide specialist equipment to someone with a visual impairment. £10 will give the gift of talking therapy as it will fund a counselling session, and £20 will give the gift of sport funding our Deaf Get Active team to deliver their seated and standing exercise sessions. Thank you for your donation.
