Child Protection Advocate

£25,481 p.a. pro rata (NJC 19).  15 hours per week on a permanent contract.  Home-based working with ability to travel across Devon.

Living Options Advocacy Service is part of the Devon Advocacy Consortium, commissioned by Devon County Council to provide a high-quality advocacy service across Devon and Torbay.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A good understanding of the principles of advocacy;
  • Experience of working with people who have a range of disabilities and communication problems; and
  • A good working knowledge in areas of Safeguarding, Child Protection or other relevant speciality.
