Accessible Fitness DVD in BSL

We are excited to have produced our very own accessible fitness DVD in BSL, which has a range of both seated and standing exercises delivered by two local experienced fitness instructors.

We know only too well the barriers to taking part that exercise classes and conventional fitness DVDs can present. We also appreciate that not everyone has access to online services and information, and now more than ever it is important to get active and keep active to increase mobility and positive mood.

Would you benefit from this DVD? We have 100 free copies of our accessible fitness DVD to give to those who would benefit from it the most. Individuals shielding at home with no access to online activities, groups at community halls and centres, and residents of specialist care.

The DVD will be available at the end of April.
