Get Active and Keep Active For Everyone
We’re really excited to support anybody with a disability, or long term health condition to get active and keep active both body and mind. The ‘keep active’ team shares exercise videos to try at home on their social media. The team also shares top tips from established specialists and individuals on healthy food, managing complicated feelings and emotions.
Our friendly team supports you in reaching your goals and you have the opportunity to become part of the ‘Keep Active’ community, encouraging each other to eat healthily, sleep well and be positive.
Couch to 5k – Your Way
We’ll be launching our new initiative ‘Couch to 5k Your Way’. Run, Walk or Roll we’ll be supporting you over a nine week programme to go from zero to hero in this couch to 5k challenge your way.
You don’t have to run it, you might choose to walk, shuffle, roll or row, either way we’ll be there to provide hints and tips and support to achieve your goal. And you won’t be doing it alone, join our fabulous ‘Keep Active’ community and support each other along the way.
