Audio tour developed in partnership with Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery (RAMM)

As part of our business services we were delighted to once again work with the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery (RAMM), as this month sees RAMM launch their brand new audio guide.

The audio guide has been designed for visitors with a visual impairment, and is the latest in our well-established range of support for the tourism sector.

Nikita from RAMM describes the process behind making the guide:

“We reached out to Living Options Devon to use their expertise to help us write the script and suggest different audio devices to make sure it’s accessible to as many people as possible, and included feedback from someone with lived experiences of visual impairment in its development. We hope lots of different people will make use of the audio guide to enhance their visitor experience at RAMM.”
