The Government’s Disability Confident scheme supports employers to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to the workplace.
The scheme has three levels, Level 1: Disability Confident Committed, Level 2: Disability Confident Employer and Level 3: Disability Confident Leader. Disability Confident Leader status is the highest level of this scheme. At Level 3, and as an accredited Disability Confident Leader, it means that we continue to be recognised as a disability champion within local and business communities, and that we will continue to look to recruit, retain and develop disabled people.
