Reflect, Connect and Support
There are many different ways you can get involved on the day. Join the minute silence at 12noon and take a moment to reflect on the last 12 months, or you could connect with someone you know is grieving, or struggling. Show your support by shining a light at 8pm.

Marie Curie is also hosting a program of online/virtual talks and conversations throughout the day of 23rd March 2021. Whether you’ve been affected by grief this year or would like to learn more, you are invited to join them. Guest speakers include the author and poet Micheal Morpurgo and actor Jim Carter.
