Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Location: Exeter office-based with flexibility to work from home a certain number of days a week. Ability to travel across Devon.

 A great opportunity to join a user-led charity working across the southwest to support Deaf and disabled people to have a voice and to live their life, their way.

The role:

We are looking for someone with:

  • A good understanding of the principles of advocacy;
  • Experience of working with people who have a range of disabilities and communication problems; and
  • A good working knowledge in areas of Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Mental Health or other relevant speciality.

Previous advocacy experience is not essential as full accredited IMCA training will be provided.
