Tell us about your care

Your feedback will help the CQC develop new services for disabled people, with their needs central to their plans.

We are becoming concerned about anecdotal reports of a decline in services provided by the NHS in England.  For example, people waiting for hours for an ambulance.

The Care Quality Commission wants to hear from those living with a disability or long-term health condition about how they are finding NHS and care services.  They have set up a page where people can write their experiences called; ‘Tell Us About Your Care’.  The public can report anonymously if they wish.  All the evidence gathered with help the CQC develop new services for disabled people, with their needs central to their plans.

Please share this link with others in your network who may be willing to share their experience of the service they are currently receiving from the NHS and in care homes.
